New Courses

New Courses Inaugurated at Waterfront

Among the features, inaugurated into the North Woods waterfront program has been courses in Senior Life Saving and Water Safety Aide. Working diligently under the careful guidance of Don Morris and Kerry Saravelas, the Life Savers have acquired their skills quickly and well.

Some of the Seniors then continued to a Water Safety Aide course, which prepares them for waterfront counseling positions. This course was recently inaugurated by the American Red Cross as a step between Senior Life Saving and Water Safety Instructor.
