A look back at our first Camping Celebration!

Thanks to all who braved the
snow on the weekend of our last family event and participated in our
inaugural Skate-a-thon.

All campers, parents, staff, alumni and friends of North Woods, Pleasant
Valley, Ponkapoag, Campamento Hispano and Sandy Island were cordially
invited to attend our First Camping Celebration of 2001.

Generations of our camping family
were able to take part in this charity event that celebrated our volunteer efforts to help those families
who would not otherwise be able to afford a camping experience. |
|
The evening included slide shows, games, raffles, silent auction and
plenty of roller skating fun! |
|
|
|
Close to one hundred slides
were shown for the first time from this past season for everyone to hunt
for their friends and family! |
|
Former staff were able to
catch up on all the latest happenings at camp. |

|
The silent auction was a
beehive of bidding intensity as the evening wore on. From Hedge trimmers
to fleece jackets... |

To the finest crafts and
accommodation that Wolfeboro had to offer... |

Even mothers took a shot at
winning the cuddly Teddy Bear! |

Whew!! So many
exhausting decisions, you just had to take a breather from time to time... |
