+ From the Mass Pike go South on Route 128 one exit to Route 16 (Washington Street - Wellesley)
+ From Route 128 go West on Route 16 (Washington Street)
+ Continue straight on Washington Street (Route 16) through Wellesley Center
+ After the center stay to the right and you will pass the Town Hall on your right
+ And the Town Library on your left
+ At the next set of lights continue straight, you are now on Central Street (Washington Street has become Central Street)

The office is located at the end of the block of stores just past CVS

From South or Back Bay take the Framingham/ Worcester Commuter Rail to the Wellesley Square stop. The commute is approximately half an hour.  One-way fare is $3.00 and is paid on the train. Exact change is not required.
